Sr. Sales Associate or Executive

As a Sr. Sales Associate or Executive, you will be responsible for strategizing and executing the sales process of our high end applications for new and existing customers. You will be expected to bring your knowledge and experience in software sales to the table. Former sales experience with supply chain planning, CRM or business analytics software is a huge plus. The career growth and opportunity for advancement at John Galt is unlimited. We are looking for people who have been and want to be successful. Base for an experienced individual with industry experience ranges from $45-$100K. Total Compensation is unlimited.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of consistently closing deals and meeting sales quotas
- Excellent presentation, communication, client relationship management and negotiation skills
- 4-5 years of software sales experience as well as inside and outside sales
- Understanding of the Supply Chain Industry
- Experience in interfacing from the Director level to "C" level clients
- Experience with Miller Heiman
- Stable work history is mandatory
- Aggressive and Money Motivated
Responsibilites:
- Selling supply chain software to the mid market and Fortune 500 Companies
- Successfully navigate prospective deals through the entire sales process from start to close
- Strategically position the sales process by understanding customers' pain points and proposing solutions to fit their needs
- Lead discovery calls with customers
- Maintain $1.5M - $2M pipeline

Engagement & Services Manager

As the Engagement and Services Manager, you will manage a team of implementation consultants and be the point of accountability and leadership for Software Implementation Projects.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Supply Chain Planning and Demand Planning
- Previous experience as project lead for ERP, Supply Chain or CRM Software Implementations
- Strong cross-functional leader with the ability to manage, motivate and develop team members in an innovative and team-oriented work environment
- PPM, CPIM and CSCP certifications is a plus
- Experience in Implementation Consulting with Medium Size Companies is a plus
- Atlas Planning knowledge is a plus
- Experience working at a software company
Responsibilites:
- Responsible for the project life cycle management of multiple concurrent Software Implementation Projects
- Plan and execute projects within time and budget parameters
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers while successfully handling project changes, issues and challenges
- Maintain monthly quota for billings and identify new projects with current customers
- Navigate Implementation Team's long term strategy by constant improvement of processes to optimize team functionality and success
