Research Director
MIT Center for Transportation and Logistics
Dr. Lapide has more than twelve years of experience in supply chain and marketing consulting, ten years of management experience in the high tech sector, and seven years as a supply chain technology market analyst, as well as ten years experience in college teaching on a part-time basis.

Dr. Lapide, a recognized leader in supply chain technology, was profiled in 2001 by Supply Chain Technology News magazine as one of four top thought leaders in the supply chain arena. He was most recently on the staff of AMR Research, a technology market analyst firm specializing in software business applications, serving variously as VP and Service Director for Supply Chain Strategies, as VP of Research Operations for Business Applications, and as the GM for Benchmarking Services.

Many times during implementation, reporting getting overlooked. Back by popular demand is a session geared to get Customers up and reporting. In this session, customers will learn:

One of the key items to successful planning is developing an accurate forecast. This session will concentrate on providing attendees with a series of measures and a process for determining if items are forecastable and if so, at what level. By understanding the forecastibility of items, planners can more effectively allocate their time to the items that can be forecast. After attending this session planners will have a powerful new analysis framework that will enable them to develop more effective plans.
