Keynote speaker Larry Lapide, Ph.D., Research Director for the MIT Center for Transportation & Logistics, will address the role of software in forming an effective sales and operations planning process. Dr. Lapide, who was formerly a vice president and general manager at AMR Research, a leading industry analyst firm, is a recognized thought leader in supply chain business applications and technology.

Attendees at this year's User Conference will find a significantly expanded array of programs over previous conferences—including workshops, discussion groups and customer case study presentations geared to fulfilling the needs of both new clients and experienced users of John Galt's ForecastX Wizard and new Atlas Planning Suite, a richly functional solution for enterprise-scale implementations.

At the User Conference, an Extended Education program track will provide instructional sessions on statistical forecasting techniques, event modeling, DRP and inventory management.
