Founded in 1898, Frostburg State University (FSU) located in Frostburg,
Maryland is a comprehensive, largely residential, regional university.
It is a four-year institution of the University System of Maryland
(USM). The primary program emphasis at the University is high-quality,
affordable undergraduate education.
