Molde University College is one of 25 state owned university colleges
in Norway. The central Norwegian academic institution in the area
of Transport Economics and Logistics, both with regard to education
and research.The college has approximately 1500 students, divided
between 32 programs of study. Among them are Economics and Administration,
Health Sciences, Informatics, Program for Exchange Students, Social
and Political Science, and Transport & Logistics.
Molde University College has bilateral collaboration agreements with
more than 30 universities in Europe, Africa, Asis, Australia and the
United States. Student and staff exchanges are organised through the
SOCRATES/ERASMUS and NORDPLUS programs, as well as BILATERAL agreements.
Some of Norway's best-known tourist attractions are just footsteps
from Molde. On the Atlantic Road, one can drive over bridges, small
islands and skerries right out at the ocean's edge. One can visit
the dramatic scenery of the Eidesdalen valley and Mardalsfossen, the
highest waterfall in Northern Europe.
