Founded in 1898, The University of Louisiana
at Lafayette has 11 colleges and schools, offers 61 undergraduate
degree programs, and a total of 28 master's degree programs are available.
UL Lafayette is a member of the Southeastern Universities Research
Association, which is composed of members from more than a dozen southeastern
states and the District of Columbia. Other members include Duke, Vanderbilt
and Auburn universities.
The B.I. Moody III College of Business
Administration The B.I. Moody III College of Business Administration
of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette offers 8 major areas of
study that provide quality undergraduate educational programs that
prepare students for the ever-changing business environment. The College’s
mission is consistent with that of the University, which emphasizes
a general education for undergraduates rooted in the traditional arts
and sciences. Toward these ends, the College offers programs with
a solid business core, which include courses in the common body of
knowledge as well as specialized courses supporting specific career
paths.
The College also offers an M.B.A. degree. Dedicated to serving the
advanced educational needs of the regional population, this graduate
program prepares individuals to assume managerial positions, enhance
existing careers, or facilitate career changes.
