Conference sessions follow three tracks:

THURSDAY, AUGUST 7 – FRIDAY, AUGUST 8

1)	Best Practices Track: Focuses on best practices in product forecast-ability, inventory and S&OP processes, shelf level planning, and collaboration planning. John Galt customers will share their real-world experiences, giving you a unique opportunity to see inside successful and measurably beneficial implementations of the Atlas Planning Suite™ and ForecastX Wizard™.
2)	Educational Track: Provides a building-block approach to building a world-class forecasting process. John Galt customers and noted educators will cover the latest forecasting techniques and offer helpful review information, including an overview of forecasting, techniques for building the baseline forecast, and metrics for measuring results.
3)	Implementation Track: Focuses on the issues that arise during an implementation process and offers methods that maximize the solution’s power from the get-go. John Galt’s award-winning services team will share data management and implementation techniques, help you build participation in the forecasting process across your enterprise, and inform you of upcoming product developments.

Pre-Conference Training

A day before the conference begins, John Galt will offer one-day training sessions on three of its cutting-edge software solutions:

Sessions offered include:

1)	ForecastX Wizard: A must for all ForecastX Wizard users! This class will offer a refresher of the new Wizard’s basic features and train new users to maximize forecast accuracy and usefulness with the new tool. Users of previous ForecastX Wizard versions who are upgrading to Wizard Premium are encouraged to attend.
2)	Demand Management Engine User Training: Offers a course on the Viewer component of the Demand Management Engine. With this training, users will learn about the Engine’s many powerful tools for enhancing forecast accuracy and how they work together on a day-to-day basis. Recommended as a refresher for existing users, or for potential users aiming to know the features of the solution.
3)	Shelf Level Planning User Training: John Galt’s new Shelf Level Planning tool offers retail suppliers the ability to create forward-looking consumer purchase plans and manage the assumptions that drive retail orders. In this training, Shelf Level Planning users will learn about the major concepts driving the tool’s process, and how to produce accurate and effective plans using this groundbreaking new method.

We are pleased to announce that John Galt’s User Conference will be returning to the Union League Club of Chicago, located in the heart of Chicago’s downtown Loop. Since its founding nearly 130 years ago, the Club has been a fixture of Chicago’s public life. Among the Club’s many amenities are fine dining, a fully equipped fitness center and one of the largest privately held art collections in the United States. It is located within a mile of many of Chicago’s most exciting attractions, including the Art Institute of Chicago, the Sears Tower, Navy Pier, the Chicago Theater District, Magnificent Mile shopping, and many others.

The Union League Club has a dress code, as follows:

Men: Collared shirt (including turtleneck) and slacks (without jacket or necktie).

Women: Similar to above, including slacks or skirt with blouse or sweater.

The following are NOT considered Business Casual Attire and are specifically PROHIBITED:

4. Turn left onto W Jackson Blvd. Continue for 8 blocks.

From Midway Airport:

1. Head toward S Cicero Ave/IL-50 N and turn right. Continue for 1.8 miles.
2. Merge right onto I-55 N/Stevenson Expy N.
3. Merge onto Dan Ryan Expy W/I-90 W/I-94 W via exit 292A to Wisconsin.
4. Merge onto Eisenhower Expy E/I-290 E via exit 51H to Congress Pkwy/Chicago Loop.
5. Exit on Wacker Dr.
6. Turn slight right at S Upper Wacker Dr.
