Conference
John Galt Solutions’ 5th annual User Conference offers attendees an unparalleled opportunity to maximize their investment in John Galt software and services. The User Conference will focus on John Galt’s award-winning Atlas Planning Suite and ForecastX Wizard software. Also highlighted will be John Galt’s unique Walk, Drive, Fly methodology, which allows companies to build a complete S&OP and inventory planning process from the ground up. Conference sessions follow three tracks:

Implementation Track: Focuses on the issues that arise during an implementation process and offers methods that maximize the solution’s power from the get-go. John Galt’s award-winning services team will share data management and implementation techniques, help you build participation in the forecasting process across your enterprise, and inform you of upcoming product developments. |

Best Practices: Focuses on best practices in product forecast-ability, inventory and S&OP processes, POS forecasting, and collaboration planning. John Galt customers will share their real-world experiences, giving you a unique opportunity to see inside successful and measurably beneficial implementations of the Atlas Planning Suite™. |

Educational Track: Provides a building-block approach to building a world-class forecasting process. John Galt customers and noted educators will cover the latest forecasting techniques and offer helpful review information, including an overview of forecasting, techniques for building the baseline forecast, and metrics for measuring results. |

Pre-Conference Training
John Galt Solutions will be offering pre-conference training once again on its award-winning ForecastX Wizard™ and Atlas Planning Suite™ software. The training will be held June 6 at the Union League Club.

A must for all ForecastX™ Wizard users! This class will offer a refresher of the Wizard’s basic features and give users a wealth of exciting new techniques to maximize forecast accuracy and usefulness. |

Demand Management
Engine: Offers a general overview of the Engine. Recommended as a refresher for existing users, or for potential users aiming to know the features of the solution. |

Inventory Planning: Learn how to build a cost-effective inventory management process using the Module. This session will cover how to calculate inventory replenishment, optimize safety stocks, service levels and reorder points with the help of Atlas Planning Suite™ Inventory Management Module. |
